We can make one of the most affordable T-shirt blankets offered on the market by using T-shirt and sweat shirt material.  However, we do recognize that there are many other clothing and/or material options available that may be incorporated with extra work on our end.  We will email you an invoice for $5 for each item on the chart below that requires extra work.  Please see the chart below for a list of, but not limited to, usable and non-usable items:

We recognize the importance of your children's accomplishments within the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America.  We more than often can move emblems and patches around to make them all fit.  The cost associated with this is $10 per panel.

If you have really long graphics, we can do a single 8" x 16" for baby blankets, 12” x 24” for 12" panels, 14” x 28” for 14" panels, or 16" x 32" for 16" panels for an additional $5.  Please safety pin a note to that item and remember that it will count as 2 panels towards your total. 

We can also do a 24” x 24” with 12” panels or 28” x 28” for 14” panels for an additional $10. Please safety pin a note to that item and remember that it will count as 4 panels towards your total.

Design the Layout of your Quilt

If you have a preferred design layout for how you would like your order made, you may include a clear color picture of your design, and we will follow it when we create your quilt. After you have picked out the shirts and separated them into sides, please fold them so the graphics are fully visible. Next, lay them out in the order you would like them to appear in your completed quilt. Be sure the layout that matches the size you ordered. The cost for this option is $19.99.

If you have ordered a doubled sided blanket(panels on both sides), please send a picture of both sides.  Please remember that if you would like the fronts and the backs of the same shirts to be back to back, the picture must be a mirrored image(do not just turn the shirt over to take the picture).

We can personalize your blanket by adding up to 3 lines of embroidery(20 characters per line) to any of our fleece backed blankets.  The personalization would be placed on the bottom right hand corner of the blanket on the fleece side.  All our embroidery is completed using block font with white thread.  

If you would like to add a special personalization, please select include embroidery for each blanket you would like personalized and simply fill in the thee lines which appear.

We offer baby blankets for baby, toddler and small child clothing
items.  Our Baby Blankets are offered only with 8" panels and require at least 9" of material. 

For items that do not meet our minimum 9" size requirement, we can make them work by adding fabric for $5 each.

Any extra work will automatically be invoiced via PayPal(Venmo and all major credit cards accepted).

We can add your precious
photos onto any blanket for $14.95 each.

Photos should be a minimum
of 5MP.

Please remember that each
photo will count as 1 towards your panel count.

We can make custom blankets utilizing your cherished Crown Royal Bags. There is a $5 custom charge per bag. Simply order the size blanket that you would like and we will invoice you the custom charge through FreshBooks when we process your order.

We will sew tabs on allowing any of our blankets to become either a wall hanging or room divider. Hanging rods and hardware are available at any home improvement or craft store(rod and hardware not included).

Our process is
simple and affordable.We take a
perfect 8”, 12” 14” 16” or 18” square from each of your shirts and sew(overlock stitch)
them together from the back side of the panels. We then back the blanket with soft
and warm fleece (your choice of 6 colors or with your t-shirts for double sided
blankets. The front and back of the blanket are then sewn together on the
backside(overlock stitch), turned right-side out and a simple topstitch around the
outer edge of the blanket finishes it off. 
Our blankets are not quilted nor is the front and back tacked
together.  Both of these processes are
time consuming and add great expense. 
For these reasons, we call them t-shirt blankets and not t-shirt
quilts.  There are many great t-shirt
quilt companies out there that do make traditional t-shirt quilts that use
traditional quilting standards., Our team carefully cut the panels into even
squares and our design team carefully creates the best design by spacing out
the colors and graphics.



We do not use any batting
or interfacing.  Batting and interfacing tend to break down
over time and when repeatedly washed. Our blankets are meant to be used daily
and may be washed on a regular basis. We want you to enjoy your memories for
many years to come.



The fleece is sewn around
the outside and attached to the t-shirts. Our blankets lie flat and hold together very well,
even after many washes.  We have the

Please follow these simple steps for preparing your shirts to send to us for our classic t-shirt blanket and our double sided classic t-shirt blanket.  For our baby blankets only, we ask that you do not separate the fronts from the backs and instead send us the entire garment in-tact. 

Each t-shirt contains 2 panels; the front of the shirt is one panel, the back of the shirt is the second. Please note that each garment for baby blankets only counts as 1 panel.

Please separate the front of the shirt from the back by cutting up the side seams and the seam of the sleeve and shoulder keeping the material from the sleeves.

For long sleeve shirts, please cut the sleeve down to a short sleeve then cut as described above.

Please send us only the side(s) that you would like included on your blanket.  If you would like the front only, please send us only the front.  If you would like the back only, please send us only the back.  If you would like both the front and the back, please send both separated as described above.

Please send us only the number of panels(t-shirt sides) that are required for your blanket.  Please DO NOTsend extras.

If you prefer not to prepare your own shirts, we can prepare them for you at an additional cost of $1 each. Please clearly mark which side of the shirt is to be used. We will automatically invoice you through PayPal(Venmo and all major credit cards accepted) once we receive your shirts.

Our normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from the day we check-in your panels.

We offer free 2 week turn around which means we will ship your completed blanket back to you within 2 weeks(14 business days) of us checking in your panels. 

We offer a 1 week rush processing option for $19.99 which means we will ship your completed blanket back to you within 1 weeks(7 business days) of us checking in your panels.

We ship completed blankets to you via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

We are not responsible for panels lost by a carrier on the way to us.  In the extremely rare instance that a completed blanket is lost by a carrier, we will reimburse the customer the cost of the blanket paid to
My T-shirt blanket.  In the event of a shipping issue, please contact us mmediately.  We have access to business representatives not available to the public.  These representatives are excellent at resolving missing packages issues. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their panels to us.

1) Determine the number of t-shirt panels that you have. Please keep in mind that each shirt contains 2 panels, the front being 1 panel and the back being another. The number of panels will be used to determine the size of the blanket you purchase. We offer 6 sizes in our classic t-shirt blanket, 6 sizes in our double sided classic t-shirt blanket, 5 sizes in our classic baby blanket and 5 sizes in our double sided baby blanket. Also available are unique 24 panel t-shirt curtains. Please contact us about custom sizes.

2) Determine the panel size that will be most appropriate based on the size of your graphics. We offer 8" panels on our baby blankets and offer 12", 14" or 16" on our classic t-shirt blankets.

If you order a baby blanket with 8 x 8 inch panels – we need at least 9 x 9 inches from each panel

Use this option for children’s and baby items

If you order 12 x 12 inch panels - we need at least 13 x 13 inches from each panel. Use this option for graphics that are 11.5 ” or less

If you order 14 x 14 inch panels - we need at least 15 x 15 inches from each panel. Use this option for graphics that are larger than 11.5”.

If you order 16 x 16 inch panels – we need at least 17 x 17 inches from each panel. Use this option for graphics that are larger than 13.5”. 

3} Determine if you would like fleece on the back(for the classic t-shirt blankets or the classic baby blanket) or our double sided classic or baby with t-shirt panels on both sides. We offer 6 colors of our soft and comfy fleece.

4) We offer several options to make your blanket more personalized. The DYO option allows you design your own layout by laying our your shirts, taking a picture and including the picture with your panels. The embroidery option(available only on our fleece back blankets) allows you to include a personal message(up to 3 lines, 20 characters per line) on the back. And finally, all of our t-shirt blankets can be made into a wall hanging/room divider.

5) We offer 2 shipping options. Standard 3 to 4 week once we receive your panels and a 1 week option where we will ship your completed blanket back withing 1 week of receiving your panels.

6)) Preparing your shirts is simple. For our classic t-shirt blankets and our double sided classic t-shirt blankets, we ask the you separate the front of the shirt from the back and include only the side of the shirt that you would like included. Please view our video here. If you do not feel comfortable in doing so, we can cut them apart for $1 per shirt. For our classic baby blanket and our double sided baby blanket, we ask that you send us the shirts in their entirety without separating the fronts from the back.

7) When shipping your panels to us, you must include the packing slip with bar code that you received by email when your ordered. If you choose the DYO option, a clear, color photo must be included as well. You may choose any carrier that you desire to ship your panels to us. Shipping the completed t-shirt blanket to our customers is free, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their panels to us. We do offer a "Hassle Free" option where we will send you a bag with a prepaid label along with your packing slip.

8) All of our customers will receive an order confirmation and a packing slip by email when they place their order. They will also receive an email when we receive your panels and another email when your order ships, complete with tracking #.

For the classic t-shirt blanket, four panel sizes are offered:

If you order 12 x 12 inch panels - we need at least 13 x 13 inches from each panel 

Use this option for graphics that are 11.5 ” or less

If you order 14 x 14 inch panels - we need at least 15 x 15 inches from each panel 

Use this option for graphics that are larger than 11.5” Examples include, but not limited to, Greek letters, Harley Davidson and concert shirts

If you order 16 x 16 inch panels – we need at least 17 x 17 inches from each panel

Use this option for graphics that are larger than 13.5”.  Examples include, but not limited to, hockey jerseys, Jimmy Buffet, N, larger Harley Davidson and larger concert shirts.

If you order our colossal with 18 18inch panels – we need at least 19x19 nches from each panel

Use this option for graphics that are larger than 15.  Examples include, but not limited to, hockey jerseys, Jimmy Buffet, NASCAR, larger Harley Davidson and larger concert shirts.

After the shirts have been cut, and then sewn together, the final dimensions of the finished panel squares will be slightly less than 8”, 12”, 14”, 16” or 18" depending on the panel size you ordered. The panels are cut at these dimensions, and when sewn together, a little bit of fabric will be utilized in the seam, thus the visible part of the shirt will be just under the 8”, 12",14"  or 16” that the panel is initially cut at The final dimensions for the 8” is usually between 7.5”  and 7.75”, 12" is usually between 11.5" and 11.75", 14” is usually between 13.5" to 13.75", 16” is usually between 15.5” and 15.75 inches and the 18" is usually between 17.5" and 17.75". 

The size of the graphic should be the considered when selecting panel size.  Most shirts size medium and up allow enough fabric for 14" square.  Graphics that usually require 14", 16" or 19" panels include, but not limited to, Harley Davidson, NASCAR, concert shirts, Firemen shirts, Hard Rock Café, and shirts with Greek Letters. 

What does it mean when we say your panels are too small for the size you ordered?

If you ordered 8 x 8 inch panels - we need at least 9 x 9 inches from each article of clothing you send us. 

If you ordered 12 x 12 inch panels - we need at least 13 x 13 inches from each article of clothing you send us. 

If you ordered 14 x 14 inch panels - we need at least 15 x 15 inches from each article of clothing you send us. 

If you ordered 16 x 16 inch panels - we need at least 17 x 17 inches from each article of clothing you send us. 

If you ordered 18x18 inch panels - we need at least 19x19 inches from each article of clothing you send us. 

If your shirts don't have enough fabric for us to use, we need to cut out a square by hand and sew it onto a larger piece of fabric that we provide for you. This takes more time and therefore, requires an additional fee of $5 for each square. That's why it's important that you send us shirts with enough fabric! 

Please remember that each shirt has 2 panels. The front being one panel and the back being another panel.
