Our normal turnaround time is 6 weeks from the day we check-in your panels.
We offer free 2 week turn around which means we will ship your completed blanket back to you within 2 weeks(14 business days) of us checking in your panels.
We offer a 1 week rush shipping option for $19.99which means we willship your completed blanket back to you within 1 weeks(7 business days) of us checking in your panels.
Shipping completed blankets ground to our continental US customers is always free!
We ship completed blankets to you via USPS ground advantage.
Please note that ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have taken as long as 90 days, As a result we only ship Priority at a $50 charge.
Due to international shipping complications, our blankets are only offered to US customers.
We are not responsible for panels lost by a carrier on the way to us or for completed blankets lost by the carrier. In the event of a shipping issue, please contact us immediately. We have access to business representatives not available to the public. These representatives are excellent at resolving missing packages issues.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their panels to us. We do offer a hassle free option for $35 where we will mail you via USPS a prepaid Federal Express ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage shipping label on a bag along with your packing slip. Please do not select this option for Holiday Delivery. Please note that the hassle free option is not valid if sending UN-prepared shirts.
