Fast arrival and it made my life easier!

Prior to submitting my order, I called customer service to explain my situation and how to go about my request. Health issues has me home bound at this time. Blanket was to be a birthday present for my son who lives in Florida. I live in Georgia. My request was to have the company to send completed blanket to home in Florida. I was told to put his address on the "ship to" information. I did and the company sent the instruction package to my son, hence no longer a surprise. He finally had some time off to get to post office and ship to me! He did this on his birthday. I should be getting this soon. In defense of the company, they did respond and emailed another package to me, however, I have no printer and unable to go to library to print it. I explained this to the CEO that took the time to resolve this but that was the last I heard from him until this survey about hassle free shipping.

I am so happy with how my blanket came out. Turn around time was very quick. And they communicated each step of the way. I had the blanket made for myself from my husband’s tshirts. He passed away very unexpectedly in December and I had my blanket quicker than most companies said they could do it. I love it!

Well I can’t comment on the blanket yet because I just dropped off the tshirts at FedEx last week. However, I can comment on the Hassle Free Shipping. I wish more companies would have this option. Once I placed my order, the Hassle Free Shipping package was delivered within a week. It contained very clear instructions on what to do. It also includes the large sturdy bag to mail back your prepared tshirts and the bag already has the shipping label on it. The packing order is also included. All you have to do is put your prepared tshirts in the bag with the packing slip and seal the bag and drop it off at FedEx. Super simple. I actually chose this company because of the Hassle Free Shipping. Who wants to find the right size box, print out labels and packing slips and then haul it to the post office. My blanket should be arriving in less than two weeks. I’m very excited to see it. I am more than happy to write a review on the blanket once I receive it.
