The team at My T-Shirt Blanket loves preserving your cherished memories in the form of blankets for you to enjoy for many years to come! If you want to learn our process for safeguarding your memories, here is a step-by-step guide of what happens when you order with us.

Step 1: Send Us Your Shirts

You’ll send us the T-shirts you want us to transform into a blanket. Once we receive your shirts at our sewing room, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received them.

Step 2: Checking Your Shirts

We’ll unbox your package and check all of your shirts. We’ll make sure that they are big enough for the blanket panel size you selected when ordering and that we’ve have enough shirts to make the blanket size you’ve chosen.

Step 3: Cutting

Once we’ve carried out our checks, we’ll die-cut your shirt panels so they are perfectly square, and the images are in the center of each panel.

Step 4: Arrange The Panels

Now for the fun part! We’ll lay out your shirt panels in the most eye-catching design, ready to turn them into your blanket!

Step 5: Sew, Sew, Sew

Only when we’re happy with the design will we sew the panels together. After that, we’ll sew the fleece backing onto the blanket, turn and a single top stitch around the outer edge.

Step 6: Quality Control

We carefully inspect the blanket to ensure it exceeds your expectations before it is sent to you.

Step 7: Shipping

We’ll carefully pack your finished blanket and ship it directly to you! We’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way to your door.
